Samsung Electronics held the “Samsung Galaxy A Event 2022” online on the 17th and unveiled the mid-range line “Galaxy A53 5G” and “Galaxy A33 5G”. It is characterized by applying many of the camera functions applied to its premium Galaxy S series to the low-end Galaxy A model.
The Galaxy A53 and A33 5G models unveiled on this day are equipped with a large-capacity battery, an artificial intelligence camera, and a new 5-nano processor. Samsung Electronics explained that this Galaxy A series is equipped with a new 5nm processor and can use the camera function even in low light with powerful AI technology.
‘Night Mode’ automatically shoots and synthesizes up to 12 photos, so you can take bright night photos with minimal noise. The frame rate is automatically adjusted even when shooting video in low-light conditions.
The portrait mode combines the dual camera with AI technology to enable accurate portrait photography. The ‘fun mode’, with fun filters and effects, can be used as an ultra-wide camera.
‘Photo Remaster’ function is provided. The ‘AI Eraser’, which can cleanly remove unnecessary objects photographed together, is also installed for the first time in the Galaxy A series.
Large-capacity battery… Enhanced waterproof and dustproof Galaxy A53 and A33 are equipped with 6.5-inch and 6.4-inch super AMOLED displays, respectively. The Galaxy A53 5G supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, and the Galaxy A33 5G supports a refresh rate of up to 90Hz.
Both models are equipped with a 5000mAh large-capacity battery and support 25W super-fast charging.
The Galaxy A53·33 first applied ‘ambient edge design’ so that the camera can seamlessly connect to the smartphone body, and all are equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
To realize the eco-friendly vision, PCM recycled plastic was applied to the side buttons and SIM card tray, and the inner tray of the packaging material was also replaced with paper from plastic.
