
Prime Ministers of three countries, Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovenia, have arrived in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. Earlier, Czech Prime Minister Fiala announced that the three leaders would visit Kiiu as representatives of the European Union and hold talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. “The purpose of this visit is to confirm the clear EU support for Ukraines sovereignty and independence,” Prime Minister Fiala said. These three countries are not only EU member states, but also NATO members. This is the first time that a senior member of a Western country has visited Ukraine to meet President Zelensky in person since the Russian invasion on the 24th of last month.
