Naver Jet announced on the 16th that it would acquire a 29.99% stake in Muffle, a metaverse artificial intelligence solution developer, for 1.799 billion won.
Next, Naver Jet acquired a 14.99% stake in Metaspace Company, a metaverse platform content developer, for 299.88 million won. In addition, it acquired an 18.18% stake in the music content developer Susuga Song Company for 479,952,000 won.
First, Muffle is a company that develops AI solutions that streamline content production such as Δtext,Δvoice,Δvideo Δanimation based on deep learning technology.
Metaspace Company has experience in planning about 20 contents such as ΔZeppetto Museum ΔNaver Green Factory within Naver Jet. Based on this, we are producing contents linked with global companies such as Samsung, CJ, and MCM, and are also conducting lectures on ZEPETO contents and metaverse.
Number Song Company is a professional production company for character intellectual property rights music content, and has decided to strategically strengthen business synergy with Naver Jet in the future.
