EAs own event, EA Play Live, will not be held this year.
According to foreign media, EA has decided to cancel this years event to focus on individual games.
Since 2016, EA has been holding its own EA Play Live event during the game show E3, which is held periodically in early June.
“Play Live was a way to communicate with users and share news with everyone,” an EA official said.
He also stated that “when the time is right for each project this year, well be revealing a lot more about the project,” he said, noting that it will be replaced by an event featuring individual games separately.
