World Water Day has been in effect since 1992. Every year on March 22, it is a day to reflect on the importance of water. In addition, the Geumgang Basin Environment Agency is conducting the ‘SNS Certification Event for Water Conservation and Water Quality Conservation in Daily Life’ that anyone can participate in, regardless of their area of residence, for a total of 16 days from March 7 to 22.

At the event, the governments achievements on unification of water management will be announced, and the future water management policy direction and future vision will be shared. In particular, there will be an open meeting with the public in which environment minister Han Jeong-ae and other policy officials ask and answer questions about water policy.
